Authors are required to present their paper at the conference in
order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
Please be notified that your paper may be excluded from being published and
included in the IEEE Xplore and the CSDL should your paper fail to be
presented at the conference.
IEEE Non-Presented Papers Policy
AUTHOR Registration:
- Regular or Workshop paper: One author per paper must pay the full non-student registration fee.
2nd and subsequent co-authors who are students may register, attend, or present a paper at the student discounted fee when another author has already paid the full registration fee.
- Poster paper: Student authors may register at the student discounted fee.
- Papers without a completed registration in the correct category with full payment, by the deadline will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.
- Registration fees are non-refundable unless an exception is made by the IPCCC Chairs of the Executive Committee
AUTHOR Multiple Paper Policy -- Registration for Authors of multiple papers:
- If 2 papers are authored and will be presented by a single attendee, the 2nd paper will receive a discount of 20% of the full registration fee.
- A 3rd paper by the same author may be registered at the student rate.
- Email the paper numbers and titles of the multiple papers registered together to the Registration and Publications Chairs.

VISA Information and Invitation Letter Requests:
Do not delay in making VISA requests for entry into the United States, the arrangements are the responsibility of authors and attendees, which may require a significant lead time.

To request an invitation letter for visa purposes, attendees must have completed registration and submitted payment in full.
IEEE IPCCC will then provide you with a letter confirming the purpose of your visit, and that you are attending IPCCC at the conference site.
- Authors, please make your request for an invitation letter from your EDAS paper page or you may submit a request by email to our General Chairs.
- Non-author attendees requiring an invitation letter may submit a request by email to our General Chairs
