The author list or the title of a paper may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.

    Non-Presented Papers Policy

Authors are required to present their paper at the conference in order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Registration receipts and proceedings will be available only for papers that are presented. Your paper will be excluded from being published and included in the IEEE Xplore and the CSDL should your paper fail to be presented at the conference. Any exceptions to this policy can only be made by the General and Program Chairs. IEEE always reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

Please refer to the: IEEE Non-Presented Papers policy

    Remote presentation policy

IEEE requires all papers to be presented in person by an author or a substitute, and will only allow a remote presentation for conference papers under extenuating circumstances. The IPCCC policy for Remote presentation can be found in the Author submission page at https://www.ipccc.org/ipccc2024/IPCCC%20Remote%20presentation%20policy%20copy.docx.pdf. If your circumstances merit consideration for a remote presentation, please do the following.
    By September 30, 2024

  • Send mail to ipcccRemoteRequest@googlegroups.com making a request for consideration for a remote presentation stating your reason
  • Pay the remote presentation fee in the registration page in the IPCCC registration page

  • Send collateral supporting the reasons for your request to ipcccRemoteRequest@googlegroups.com
