Submission Guidelines Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format with a font size of 10 pt or larger with a maximum of 8 (+4 extra) pages for full papers, 6 (+2 extra) pages for short papers, and 2 (+2 extra) pages for poster papers. A. Page LimitsAll Regular, Short, and Poster Papers must adhere to the following page limit rules, or they will not be included in the conference proceedings. Payment for extra page charges is to be submitted with your conference registration.
B. FormattingTo prepare the
camera-ready manuscript, please make sure that you follow the format and
templates: Failing to do so may
result in your paper to not be included in the conference proceedings. C. CopyrightC.1 Copyright PolicyIEEE policy requires that
prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE
in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. More
information about copyright transfer and IEEE Copyright form can be found at: C.2 Electronic Copyright FormPlease complete the electronic
copyright form on the EDAS page for your paper. A direct URL: C.3 Copyright Notice in FooterThe
appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the
first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the
Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceedings. Before
you create your PDFs, please insert the following copyright notice to the
bottom of the first page of your paper.
D. PDF eXpressThe final camera-ready manuscript must be generated via the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. IEEE
PDF eXpress Plus Access Info: For first-time users, click
link "New Users - Click Here" to enter the conference ID, your email address
and choose a password of your own, then click "Submit". The next time you
should use the conference ID (44807X), your email address and password to login to
IEEE PDF eXpress Plus directly. The site is open from
August 16, 2019 to the submission
deadline August 30, 2019. You can find information on how to use
IEEE PDF eXpress Plus at: http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/frhelpnologin.asp To access the Publication
Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress, click the

F. Presentation Upload to EDASIt is preferred that presentations be uploaded to EDAS prior to the conference (no later than October 28th, 2019). Those authors requiring a Visa invitation letter should request one via the EDAS page for their paper

Poster Paper Instructions
Poster Paper authors are required to bring and present a printed poster presentation of their paper during the Poster Session. An easel, a cardboard mounting board, and mounting supplies will be provided for you to display your printed poster that should be prepared before the Poster Session begins. The required size dimensions (either portrait or landscape) are:
