You can find information on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress Plus at
http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/frhelpnologin.asp. If you have any problem with the camera-ready manuscript submission, please contact the Publications Chair, Zhiqiang Lin (zhiqiang.lin@utdallas.edu). The IEEE Copyright form is available as a PDF and more information at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/cfrmlink.html. Please send the signed form (only page 1 is required) via email to registration@ipccc.org or by fax to 1-512-532-6471, attention Jack Chen. In order to have your paper published in the IEEE IPCCC 2012 conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore Digital Library, at least one author of your paper must register for the conference by October 22, 2012 and present the paper at the conference. The registration information is available at http://www.ipccc.org/ipccc2012/main.php?page=7. For questions regarding the conference registration, please contact the Registration Chair, Jack Chen (registration@ipccc.org). Presentation Information and No Show Policy:Please be notified that your paper may be excluded from being published and included in the IEEE Xplore and the CSDL should your paper fail to be presented at the conference. Please refer to the IEEE No Show Policy in this page: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/organizers/pubs/final_program.htmlAuthors are required to present their paper at the conference in order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Authors of regular papers and short papers should plan on 30-minute and 20-minute presentations, respectively. We will provide computer projectors for displaying PowerPoint or similar presentations. Authors must provide their own laptops for the presentations. We understand that there may be rare and unusual conditions that may prevent an author from presenting in person. Under such exceptional conditions, the Program Committee chairs may grant an exception and allow the presenter to present remotely instead of in person. Authors who are affected MUST contact the Program Committee chairs by November 1, 2012 detailing their need to request such an exception. Please note that due to limitations of presenting remotely, only a couple of exceptions may be granted for the conference. In the event that there are more exceptions than the conference can support, authors traveling internationally to attend the conference will be given higher preference. During the poster sessions of the conference, authors of poster papers should be present beside their posters, explain their posters, and address questions. Registration receipts and proceedings will be available (at the conference) only for papers that are presented -- unless prior exceptions are made by the conference organizing committee. Visa Invitation Letter:The general chairs will issue visa invitation letters to authors of accepted regular papers, short papers, and poster abstracts. When you contact the general chairs for a visa invitation letter, please make sure that you include all necessary information (such as name, affiliation, mailing address, title and ID of accepted paper) in your email to the general chairs. If there is insufficient information for the visa invitation, your request may be declined. |
