SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All papers will be reviewed by the program committee They will be judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. While all papers will be considered for full papers, a small number of papers may be accepted as short papers. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, conditional upon the author's advance registration. Note that one full (non-student) registration fee must be paid for each paper published in the proceedings.

To register as a referee (note: this is required for each paper submitted): http://traderfive.nmsu.edu/~ipccc2005/forms/referee_reg.html One author for each paper submission is required to register as a referee. They will then be able to edit their registratin, access assigned papers and submit reviews.
