Paper Submission Instructions

Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format with a font size of 10 pt or larger with a maximum of 8 pages for full papers and 2 pages for poster papers. Please refer to the IEEE formatting instruction for details: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Submissions should represent original research results and may not be under review or accepted for publication in another venue.

Information regarding page limits for papers is below. A paper will not be included in the conference proceedings if its length exceeds its page limit.

  1. Page Limits for Regular Conference Papers: each regular conference paper may have up to 8 pages without extra charge, and may have up to 4 extra pages at $100 per extra page. Payment for extra page charges (if applicable) must be submitted with your camera-ready manuscript.
  2. Page Limits for Poster Abstracts: each poster abstract may have up to 4 pages without any extra page allowance.

All papers should be submitted through the EDAS system ( https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=23534 ).

No Show Policy:

Please be notified that your paper may be excluded from being published and included in the IEEE Xplore and the CSDL should your paper fail to be presented at the conference. Please refer to the IEEE No Show Policy (Non-Presented Paper policy) in this page: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/organizers/handling_nonpresented_papers.html. Authors are required to present their paper at the conference in order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Registration receipts and proceedings will be available (at the conference) only for papers that are presented.
